For the safety of all our guests, all attendees are required to wear a physical badge during market. Once your registration is approved, you’ll be able to set up your account in the Markets App, where you can access your Scan & Go Code—required for check-in and to receive your badge.
📛 Badge Pick-Up
Physical badges will be distributed onsite once a registered and approved buyer presents their Scan & Go Code in the Markets App.

🧭 How to Access Your Scan & Go Code
Approved buyers can find their QR code in two areas of the Markets App. You’ll need this to gain access to market.
Option 1:
Log in to the Markets App → Tap Scan & Go Code for your market.
Option 2:
Log in to the Markets App → Tap on your market → Tap the green Scan & Go QR Code button.
If you are not using the app or cannot locate your code, your badge ID can also be found in your registration confirmation email and used for manual check-in.
👥 Guest Policies
Who is a guest?
A guest is someone accompanying a buyer or registrant who does not have buying responsibilities. Guests may not be employed by the company or be a part of any buyer-decision making.
Guests can use the Markets App in guest mode to access maps and brand directories. Guests will not receive a QR code in the Markets App, but will receive an email just prior to the start of market with a QR code that can be shown upon check-in at market.

Badges for guests will only be provided when the approved buyer is present at check-in. Guests cannot check in independently.

Q. How do I access my Scan & Go QR Code?
A. Tap the Scan & Go Code button from the Markets list or within your specific Market page.
On the home page:
or, by tapping into the market for which you are registered.
Q. Who can use the Markets App?
A. Only buyers can log in fully. All others (industry, non-exhibiting manufacturers) can tap Continue as Guest to use limited features.
Q. Will my badge or QR code be emailed?
A. Buyer QR codes are only in the app. Non-buyers receive QR codes by email the Friday before market and again on opening day. Guests do not receive QR codes but may check in with their buyer.
Q. What if I don’t have the QR code?
A. Use your badge ID (from your confirmation email) and a valid ID to check in through the manual Scan & Go line.
Q. Can industry personnel use the app?
A. Yes—while buyers get full functionality, non-buyers can access maps and brand directories in guest mode.
Q. Can I share an app account with someone else?
A. No. Each buyer must register and log in with their own email. Shared emails will only allow one QR code to appear in the app.
Q. Is the Markets App available at all ANDMORE markets?
A. Not yet. The app is currently not available for:
• High Point Market
• AmericasMart Atlanta
• Las Vegas Formal Market
• ADAC (Atlanta)
• LVDC (Las Vegas)
• EXPO (Las Vegas)
• Shoppe Object (NYC)
Q. What are the password requirements for the app?
A. Passwords must:

be 8–16 characters in length

Include lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols (special characters such as: $, @, %, etc.)
Q. Why do I not see my QR Code within the Markets App?
A. Check that:

You’re logged in with the same email used for registration.

The app has synced. Pull down to refresh until you see a spinning wheel.
