Q. How do I access my Scan & Go QR Code?
A. Open the Markets App and tap “Scan & Go Code” on the home screen or your Market page.

Q. Who can use the ANDMORE Markets App?
A. The app is for registered buyers only. Non-buyers (e.g., industry or non-exhibiting manufacturers) can tap "Continue as Guest" to access navigation and maps.

Q. Will my QR code be emailed to me?
A. For buyers, your QR code is only available in the app.
For guests, badges can be collected at check-in with their registered buyer.
Non-buyers will receive a QR code by email the Friday before Market.

Q. What if I don’t have the QR code?
A. No problem! You can check in using your badge number (found in your confirmation email) and a valid photo ID.

Q. I'm registered as "industry"—can I still use the app?
A. Yes! You can use guest features like maps and showroom search. For full access, buyers must be registered and logged in.

Q. Can I share an account with someone else?
A. No. Each buyer must have a unique email address. Only one QR code is visible per account, so sharing emails won’t allow multiple logins.

Q. Is the app available for all ANDMORE Markets?
A. Not yet. Currently, the app is not available for:

• Be 8–16 characters long
