As Market approaches, you may need to add a guest to your registration.
Already Registered? Follow the steps below to add a guest.
Not Yet Registered? Before completing your registration, go to Step 3, select Add a Guest, and complete the guest profile.
Step 1
Log into the Market site where you are registered
Go to: Attend > Registration > Register > Access My Registration

Log into the Registration Resource Center using your email address and badge #
Step 3
On the home page/dashboard, click Guests +
Step 4
Click Add Guest
Step 5
Complete the Guest Profile questionnaire, then click "Submit"
Step 6
Enter your guest's first name, last name, and email address and then click Add Guest
Step 7
Choose to either Add Another Guest or Proceed to Checkout
- Selecting Add Another Guest repeats the process
- Selecting Proceed to Checkout requires you to enter your billing information, agree to the terms, and click Make Payment to finalise registration

Q. How many guests are permitted per buyer?
A. Up to two (2) guests may be added per registered buyer.
Q. Is there a fee/charge to bring a guest(s)?
A. Yes, the fee is $50 per guest. However, a spouse attending with a registered buyer is exempt from this fee.
Q. What must guests bring for admission?
A. Guests must present a government-issued ID, and the registered buyer must be present at check-in.
Q: I clicked 'Add a Guest,' but the system says I need to register them as an attendee. What should I do?
A: This occurs when responses on the questionnaire indicate the guest should be an attendee.
- To register a guest, you must answer "No" to all questions (except for the spouse/under-18).
- If you answer "Yes" to any other question, the individual must register as an attendee.
- Guest may not be an employee of the company or have any buying decisions.
Q: How do I register an employee or assistant?
A: All attendees, including employees and assistants, should be registered through the portal.
Q: Can my guest check in without me?
A: No, the registered buyer must be present for a guest to check in at Market.
Q: How will my guest receive their badge?
A: Guests will receive an email with a QR code starting the Friday before Market. Upon arrival, they can scan the QR code at a Scan & Go location to receive their printed badge. A valid government-issued ID is required.
