Q. Is the ANDMORE Markets App available to exhibitors?
A. The full functionality of the Markets App is available exclusively to our buyers. However, exhibitors and other non-buyers are able to download the app and can tap 'continue as guest'
Q. As an exhibitor, what should I do to ensure my brand(s) look the best in the ANDMORE Markets App and on the market websites for buyers?

Q. Can the notify showroom feature notify the buyer’s specific rep?
A. The notify showroom feature will notify the phone number listed within your Exhibitor Portal under ‘SMS Number’. Pleasure ensure this phone number is accurate.
Q. What if I do not want Buyer’s taking photos in our showroom?
A. Every showroom has different rules for within their showroom. We do not limit buyer's ability to take photos of merchandise as taking photos create tangible memories and help preserve details when they begin submitting orders. If you do not want buyers to take photos while in your showroom, ensure that your team inform buyers or place signage throughout your showroom of such a rule while within your space.
Q. What do I do if we do not have or need a new QR code for our showroom?
A. Please reach out to your Leasing Agent for assistance if you need a QR code replaced.
Q.How do we choose the categories/filters that our brand will appear in within the Brand Directory?
A. To establish categories for which your products should appear, head to the Exhibitor Portal. Once logged into the portal, go to Your Digital Showroom > Profile Info > Profile Categories. Click the home icon to go back to the main page if necessary.
Q. What information can be included under our showroom details?
A. The following information can be in your exhibitor profile:
- Showroom Description
- Categories
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Showroom Contact Email
- Social Media Links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
