Utilizing Turn by Turn Directions

As a Seller using the @Market App, You have access to the Turn by Turn Direction!

Below are directions on how you can take advantage of the feature:

Step 1:

Tap "search by brand name" in the search bar, tap on brand directory or the floor maps icon to locate your desired brand(s).

Step 2:

Tap "Directions".

Pro-Tip

On the showroom map page, zoom in or out by pinching the screen with two fingers like you would on your smart phone device normally.

• Zoom in: Pinch  the screen with two fingers and move your fingers away from each other
• Zoom out: Pinch  the screen with two fingers and move your fingers close together

Q. Why isn't navigation working on my device?

A. You may need to enable location for the @Market App within your Settings app or if prompted to do so, select Allow While Using App.

To update your location settings for the @Market App on your device:

→ iOS: Open the Settings app, tap Privacy & Security > Location Services > @Market.

Q. Is the Market App available for High Point Market, AmericasMart (ATL), Las Vegas Formal Market, ADAC (ATL), LVDC (LV), EXPO (LV) , or Shoppe Object (NYC)

A. Unfortunately, the Market App is not available for these markets. However, we hope to be able to extend the reach of the app in the future.
