Log-in Credentials
The app requires only your Company ID and the sales rep's last name to log in. You can find the Company ID on the dashboard of the Exhibitor Portal. If you do not have access, contact your brandās admin.how does

Your Company ID is available on the dashboard of the Exhibitor Portal once you're logged in. If you donāt know your Company ID or canāt access the portal, please contact your brandās admin for assistance.
Scanning Badges at Market
Once logged in, you will see only your most recent scans.

Tap the āScan Badgeā button

Align your device camera with the buyerās QR code
- Add notes in the āNotesā section
- Use the 5-star rating system to help qualify buyers (criteria defined by your team)

Tap Return to Scan to continue scanning additional badges
Export Badge Scan Reports
To download scans, you must have access to the Exhibitor Portal.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal
- Donāt have access? Contact your brand admin.

Select Your Digital Showroom from the top menu

Click Badge Scan Reports
Step 4
Click Download in the Badge Scans column for your market. A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer. You can convert it to other formats if needed.

A. Yes. While it's designed for non-RepZio users, RepZio users may still use the Leads App.

A. No, there is currently no device limit.
Q. Can I export the scan report in different formats?
A. The report is exported as a .csv file but can be converted to other formats.
