You only need your Company ID and the sales rep’s last name to log in.

Available on the dashboard of the Exhibitor Portal. Don’t have access? Contact your brand’s admin.

How to Scan Badges at Market

1. Tap Scan Badge

2. Align your camera with the buyer’s QR code

3. Add notes and rate the lead (1–5 stars)

   

4. Tap Return to Scan to continue scanning

📤 Exporting Reports

Exporting your badge scan report is completed through the Exhibitor Portal. All scans associated with a company ID will be consolidated into one report by market. If you do not have access to the Exhibitor Portal, please contact your brand admin.

1. Log into the Exhibitor Portal

2. Select Your Digital Showroom from the top menu
   

3. Click Badge Scan Reports

4. Click Download for your Market to receive a .csv file
