For the safety of all guests, all attendees are required to wear a physical badge during Market.
Once your registration is approved, you’ll be able to set up your account in the Markets App, where you can access your Scan & Go QR Code (Buyers Only)—needed for check-in and to receive your badge.
📛 Badge Pick-Up
Physical badges will be distributed onsite once an approved buyer presents their Scan & Go QR Code in the Markets App.

Badges cannot be mailed or emailed under any circumstances for buyers.
Non-buyers will be emailed a Scan & Go QR Code just prior to the start of Market.

At check-in, present your registration confirmation email and government-issued ID to obtain your physical badge.
🧭 Access Your Scan & Go QR Code in the App
Approved buyers can find their QR code within the Markets App. Non-buyers will be emailed a QR code prior to Market.
Buyers must be present upon check-in with any guests — guests will not be permitted to enter without their approved buyer.

⚠️ Important: You must be logged in using the same email address used for registration for your QR code to appear.
If your Market tile says “Not Registered”, try these steps:
Confirm the email address used to register (check your registration confirmation email).
Log out → Log back in to re-sync.
If still not visible, pull down on the screen until you see the orange progress bar — this forces a full refresh.
For non-buyers that sign-up to use the Markets App, will see Not Registered but may take advantage of features such as creating a Market Plan, navigation, and brand discovery.
👥 Guest Policies
Who is considered a guest?
A guest is someone accompanying an approved buyer or attendee who does not have buying responsibilities. Guests may not be employed by the company or participate in purchasing decisions.
📲 App Access for Guests
Guests can use the Markets App to create a market plan, access maps and step-by-step navigation, and brand directories. They will not receive a QR code in the app but will receive an email just before Market with a QR code for check-in.
📛 Guest Badge Pick-Up Guest will receive an email just prior to the start of Market with a Scan & Go QR Code that can be presented upon check-in to obtain a physical badge. Guest badges are only provided when the approved buyer is present at check-in. Guests cannot check in independently.

Q. How do I access my Scan & Go QR Code?
A. Tap the Market tile in the app for the Market you're attending, then click the QR code icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
Q. Who can use the Markets App?
A. The Markets App is available to all attendees, but only buyers can access their Scan & Go QR Code within the app.
Q. Will my badge or QR code be emailed?
A. Buyer QR codes are only available in the app. Non-buyers will receive emailed QR codes the Friday before Market and again on opening day.
Q. Is the Markets App required?
A. The app is not required, but it’s the fastest way to check in using the Scan & Go line. If you’re not using the app, bring your registration confirmation email and government-issued ID to check in.
Q. What if I don’t have the QR code?
A. If you do not have the QR code or are not using the Markets App, you will need to present your registration confirmation email and government-issued identification.
Q. Can industry personnel use the app?
A. Yes, all attendees may use the new Markets App.
Q. Can I share an app account with someone else?
A. No, each attendee must register and log in with their own email. Shared emails will only allow one QR code to appear in the app.
Q. Is the Markets App available at all ANDMORE markets?
A. At this time, the app is currently not available for:
- High Point Market
- AmericasMart Atlanta
- Las Vegas Formal Market
- ADAC (Atlanta)
- LVDC (Las Vegas)
- EXPO (Las Vegas)
- Shoppe Object (NYC)
Q. What are the password requirements for the ANDMORE Markets App?
A. Your password must be 8-40 characters long and include at least 3 of the following:
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
Special character (e.g. @, #, $, %, etc.)
Q. Why can’t I see my QR code in the app?
A. Double-check these common issues:
You may be logged in with the wrong email
Try refreshing the app by pulling down on the screen
