As Market approaches, you may want to add a guest to your registration.
What is a guest?
A guest is someone accompanying a Buyer or Industry registrant who is not affiliated with the industry.
π Guests may not be employees of the company, have a company-issued email address, or be authorised to make wholesale purchases or buying decisions.
π΅ The fee is $50 per guest.
π©ββ€οΈβπ¨ A spouse attending with a registered buyer is free.
- π₯ Buyers may bring up to a maximum of 2 guests.
π² Steps to Add a Guest
Step 1
Log into the Market site where you're registered to attend: Attend β Registration β Register β Access My Registration
Step 2
Enter your email and badge number to access the Registration Portal
Step 3
On the dashboard, click Guests+
Step 4
Click Add Guest
Step 5
Complete the Guest Profile questionnaire, then click Submit
β οΈ Important: If you complete the questionnaire and see the message:
"Based on your demographic responses you have been identified as an attendee. Please begin a new registration using the attendee registration link."
This means the individual you are trying to register as a guest does not qualify to be a guest. You must register them as a regular attendee, just as you registered yourself for Market.
Step 6
Enter your guestβs first name, last name, and email address. Click Add Guest
Step 7
Choose to:
β Add Another Guest (repeat the process), or
π³ Proceed to Checkout (enter billing info, agree to terms, and click Make Payment to finalise)

Q. How many guests can I bring?
A. Each registered buyer may add up to 2 guests.
Q. Is there a fee to bring a guest?
A. Yes, itβs $50 per guest, but a spouse attending with a registered buyer is free.
Q. What do guests need to check in?
A. A government-issued ID, registration confirmation email, and the registered buyer must be present at check-in.
Q. I tried to add a guest, but it says to register them as an attendee. Why?
A. If the guest answers βYesβ to any question on the profile (other than being a spouse or under 18), they must register as an attendee.

Q. How do I register an employee or assistant?
A. They must be registered as attendees, not guests.
Q. Can my guest check in without me?
A. No, the registered buyer must be present in order for the guest to check-in.
Q. How will my guest receive their badge?
A. Guests can receive a physical badge in one of two ways:
Scan & Go: Guests will receive an email with a QR code on the Friday before Market and/or the morning of. They can scan this code at a Scan & Go location and present a government-issued ID to print their badge.
On-site Check-In: Guests may also obtain a badge during check-in when accompanied by their registered and approved buyer, with a government-issued ID.

Registered and approved buyers must be present at the time of guest check-in.
Guests will not be permitted into the exhibiting space without their registered and approved buyer.
