For Your Information: Log in using the same email address used to register for Market. This ensures your registration details and Scan & Go QR Code sync properly in the app (Buyers Only). If you use a different email, youβll still be able to use the app, but you wonβt have access to your QR code. π Non-buyers will receive an email just prior to the start of Market with their QR code.

Q. Is the ANDMORE Markets App available to Exhibitors?
A. Yes, the new ANDMORE Markets App is available to all attendees, including Exhibitors, and includes major features such as creating Market Plans, step-by-step navigation, and more. The only feature unavailable to Exhibitors and non-buyers is the Scan & Go Code (buyer badge QR code). Exhibitors will continue to download their badges from the Exhibitor Portal.
Q. As an exhibitor, what should I do to ensure my brand(s) look the best in the ANDMORE Markets App and on the market websites for buyers?

Q. Can the notify showroom feature notify the buyerβs specific rep?
A. This feature sends a notification to the phone number listed under SMS Number in your Exhibitor Portal.
π² Please ensure your SMS Number up-to-date.
Q. What if I do not want Buyerβs taking photos in our showroom?
A. While photo-taking is encouraged to help buyers remember key details, each showroom may set its own rules. If you donβt allow photos, kindly post signage or have your team communicate this policy clearly to visitors π« π·.
Q. How do we choose the categories/filters that our brand will appear in within the Brand Directory?
A. Log into the Exhibitor Portal and navigate to: Your Digital Showroom β Profile Info β Profile Categories. Click the home icon to return to the main dashboard if needed.
