How do I find my password for the various ANDMORE portals? – ANDMORE

Exhibitor portal

When your account is created for exhibitors.andmore.com, you receive an email with a temporary password. At first login, you are prompted to set a new password.

If you don't remember your password, simply click the Forgot Your Password link on the portal login screen to set a new password.

Badge Portals

The XpressReg badge portals use your Company ID as the password and it cannot be reset.

To find your badge portal password, login to your exhibitor portal. Note: If you have access to both an Atlanta portal and a Las Vegas portal, make sure you are logged into the correct one; as the passwords will be different for each campus.

Now, use any one of these options below to find your Company ID:

1. Note the CompanyID displayed on your portal dashboard at the far right of the page.

2. Click on Registrations & Services-->Market Badge Registration and your badge portal password is shown there.

3. Click the Gear icon (next to the company name drop-down), and then View Your Corporate Info. Your badge password (Company ID) is displayed there as well.

Application and Payments portal

Applications and payments for Atlanta booth space are handled through the a2z system. The password is unique to your lease account. It cannot be reset.

Access the a2z portal for your specific market by logging into to your exhibitor portal and clicking on the Application & Leases menu at the top. Then, click Atlanta Payments or Atlanta Apply for Tradeshow Space. Then select the link for the market you are trying to access. On the a2z page, click My Account.

In the Forgot your Password? section, click on Retrieve and enter your email address (see image below). Your unique password will be sent to you.

You can also contact your leasing/sales agent for the password, or email exhibitorportalsupport@andmore.com and we can look it up for you.

DataSynq

DataSynq uses a password set by support when your account is created. If your don't remember your password, follow the steps below to set a new one.

go directly to https://manage.datasynq.io.

Click the Forgot my password link on the login page to set a new one.

ANDMORE Leads

To login to the ANDMORE leads app, you need your Exhibitor ID.

Your Exhibitor ID/Company ID can be found on your Exhibitor Portal and is the same ID used for registering employees and staff for market badges.

C3 Reservations

If you don't remember your C3 password for making Dock Appointments, access the C3 Reservations page: https://www.c3reservations.com/andmore/app/login.

Click the Forgot your password? link and enter your email address to be sent an email with password reset instructions.

Safety NetAccess

Ordering telephone and network services for Atlanta markets is through Safety NetAccess, which uses the Tenant ID as the login password.

The Tenant ID is the same as your Company ID.

Enter the Company ID into the Tenant ID field to access Safety NetAccess.
