We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your account.
To submit your cancellation request, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit Your Request 📩
Email your Digital Account Manager and/or support@andmore.com with the following information:
- A written request to cancel your account
- The reason for cancellation
2. Confirm Account Balance Status 💳
Before we can process your cancellation, you must verify that your account has no outstanding balance.

🔹 Note: Any past due balances not in dispute must be paid in full before we proceed with the cancellation.
3. Remove All Sales Reps 👥
Log in to WebManager and follow these steps:
- Go to Sales Reps > View/Edit Sales Reps
- Click the trash can icon 🗑️ next to each representative to remove them
4. Remove All Licenses 🧾
- In WebManager, go to Sales Reps > Manage Licenses
- Remove all assigned licenses
5. Export Any Necessary Data 📁
Once your account is canceled, all product and account data will be permanently deleted, unless your account is connected to an exhibitor at one of our physical markets.
⚠️ Important: Billing will continue as normal until Steps 1–4 are fully completed. 🛑
Once all steps are completed, our Accounting and Leadership Teams will begin the final cancellation process.
🔹 Note: Any outstanding invoices will remain due and payable even after your account is closed. Failure to pay may result in the account being sent to collections.

Q. Can I cancel immediately and finish these steps later?
A. No, all cancellation steps must be fully completed before your request is processed and billing is stopped.
Q. What happens to my account data after cancellation?
A. All data will be permanently deleted unless your account is linked to a physical showroom exhibitor.
Q. Will I still owe anything after my account is closed?
A. Yes, any unpaid invoices will remain due. Failure to pay may result in the account being sent to collections.
