In order to turn on your ANDMORE channel and your individual market channels (Atlanta Market, Las Vegas Market, etc.), you must first map a category in DataSynq. The steps below will tell you how to do that. The mapping files needed for Gift & Home or Apparel are included at the end of the instructions.
- Log in to your DataSynq account and click on the Data Upload Manager button that shows on the Dashboard.
2. In the Step 1: Choose a Type drop-down, select Product Categories. Note: these will not map any products, despite the name of "product" categories. Only 1 category needs to be chosen to map your market channel.
In Step 2, click Browse and select the location you saved the category import file to.
3. Click Submit.
4. The mapping screen will display. Click Save.
5. Click Process File.
6. The following screen will display. The mapping is complete. You can now turn on your market channels.
7. Click the Channels button in the menu bar.
8. Click the ANDMORE channel button.
9. Switch the ENABLE MY ANDMORE slider to ON. Log in to your exhibitor portal if prompted.
10. Select your company lease from the Choose Exhibitors pop-up by checking the box next to it. Click Save.
11. You can now turn on your individual market channels by clicking on Map Categories next to the channel you want to turn on.
12. On the Map Categories screen, select Gift/General Gift from the ANDMORE Categories drop-down.
For Apparel exhibitors, select Apparel/Apparel, Vintage. Click Save.

13. Finally, switch the slider for the appropriate market to ON.
Your channels are now enabled and turned on, which will allow your DataSynq connection to show on your exhibitor portal within 24 hours. If the ANDMORE channel and a Market channel are not turned on, nothing will push to your portal or market website.
