Your password is your first line of defense. Make sure itβs strong and unique by using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Resetting your password periodically also helps keep your account secure.
β οΈ Important: To access your Scan & Go QR Code, you must:
Be logged into the Markets App
Use the same email address you used during registration.
πΉ Note: Only Buyers will be able to access their Scan & Go QR Code within the Markets App.
If you log into the app and donβt see your registered markets or Scan & Go Code,
Confirm the email you used during market registration
Log out + into the app to resync
Once logged in, pull down on the home screen to force the app to refresh (you may have to do this multiple times)
If the issue persists contact our Support Team at support@andmore.com
π Non-buyers (guests, exhibitors, industry, suppliers, etc.): You may also use the Markets App for major features such as maps, navigation, and brand discovery. Although you will be registered for Market, you will still see Not Registered in the app at this time.

Step 1
On the home screen, tap Let's Go!
Step 2
Enter your Email Address and tap Let's Go again
Step 3
Tap Forgot your password?
Step 4
Re-enter your email (if not already populated), then check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code and tap Confirm

- Code expires after ~20 minutes
- Double check your spam and/or junk mailboxes if you are unable to locate the email

Step 5
Enter and confirm your new password, then tap Save & Continue.
Once completed, you'll be automatically logged into the app.

Q. What are the password requirements for the ANDMORE Markets App?
A. Your password must be 8-40 characters long and include at least 3 of the following:
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
Special character (e.g. @, #, $, %, etc.)
Q. What should I do if I cannot log into the Markets App?
A. Make sure you're using the correct emailβit must match the one used to register for market. If you're unsure, try resetting your password again, or submit a Support Ticket for assistance.
Q. What should I do if I do not receive the 6-digit verification code?
A. First, check your spam and junk mailboxes.
If you can not locate the email from: donotreply@atmarketandmore.com with subject is: ANDMORE Markets Account Email Verification Code, submit a Support Ticket for assistance.
Q. What should I do if I have issues trying to reset my password directly within the app?
A. If for any reason you are unable to reset your password via the mobile app, head over to our web-version at: http://atmarketandmore.com and reset your password there instead.
Q. What should I do if the app does not keep me logged in?
A. Check that your device and app software are up-to-date. We recommend enabling auto-update. Once you are on the most current version of the app, you should be all set. If you still have issues, try deleting and reinstalling the app from the app store.
