❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Why does the app need access to my photos?
A. The app saves showroom photos and QR code scans to your device, so access to your Photos library is required to store and view them.
Q. What happens if I choose "Selected Photos" instead of "All Photos"?
A. Choosing "Selected Photos" may limit the app’s ability to save or access new photos. We recommend selecting "All Photos" for full functionality.
Q. I'm still getting an error after enabling access. What should I do?
A. Try restarting your device and ensuring the app has both Camera and Photos access under Settings. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app or contact support.
Q. Can I change photo access back later?
A. Yes! You can return to the Settings app at any time and adjust your photo and camera permissions for the ANDMORE Markets App.
Q. Are my showroom photos saved anywhere else?
A. Showroom photos are saved to your device’s photo library. They are not shared with others or uploaded unless you choose to do so.
