β Before You Log In
To ensure a successful first-time login, please confirm the following:
β Email Address: Use the same email address to log into the app that you used when registering for Market.
β Eligible Markets: The app currently supports the following events only:
Atlanta Market
Atlanta Apparel / Formal
Las Vegas Market
Las Vegas Apparel
π If you are not registered for one of these markets, you will be unable to use the app at this time.
π Syncing the App
If the app doesnβt immediately recognise your registration, follow these steps to re-sync:
Completely log out of and close the app
Re-open the app and log back in

After logging in, pull down on the screen until you see a progress bar update β this will trigger a refresh
You may have to do this multiple times.

π¬ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. I used a different email to register. What should I do?
A. To access your Scan & Go Code, youβll need to log in with the same email used for Market registration. If youβre unsure, check your registration confirmation email.
Q. Iβm registered, but the app still isnβt syncing. What should I do?
A. There are a few common reasons why the app may not be syncing and showing that you are registered to attend Market:

The user is logging in with a different email than the one used during registration
Users must sign in with the exact email used to register

Multiple users are sharing the same email address
Email addresses cannot be shared amongst multiple users. Each email must be unique.
Poor WIFI or cellular signal

The attendee is not a registered buyer
At this time, the Markets App will only show Registered for buyers. Non-buyers can use the Markets App, but it will not show that the attendee is registered.
Q. Is the app available for all ANDMORE Markets?
A. Currently, the app only supports Atlanta Market, Atlanta Apparel/Formal, Las Vegas Market, and Las Vegas Apparel.
Q. What do I do if the app is not saving my login credentials?
A. Make sure that your device and app software are up-to-date. Enable auto-updates for the best experince.
Q. What do I do to get my Scan & Go QR Code if I do not use apps or my device is not supported by the app?
A. To check-in at Market, you will need to present your registration confirmation email + government-issued ID upon check-in to obtain a physical badge for Market. The Markets App is not required to enter Market.
Q. What do I do if I am not receiving the verification code when setting up my account?
A. Confirm that the email address is correct and then check your spam/junk mailbox folders. The verification code often ends up in one of these folders.
