DataSynq now has a History button that shows a log of transactions (updates, changes, additions) that were done in JuniperData.
1. To review your DataSynq history, click the History button on the left side of the JuniperData screen.
2. The History screen will display showing all of the activity on your DataSynq account.
For single line accounts, the following information is displayed:
Date/time, Actions, Status, Count of Line Items and Count of Changes.
3. For multi-line accounts, the following information is displayed:
Date/time, Vendor, Actions, Status, Count of Line Items and Count of Changes.
4. Both account types have icons that will display with more information.
A download icon appears next to an "Uploaded" action. Click the icon to download the file used for the upload.
Hovering over the question mark icon next to an "Uploaded" action displays a message that the historical file no longer exists.
A yellow exclamation point icon will appear next to Status if there was a warning encountered during upload. The row is also highlighted in light-yellow color to indicate there was a warning (see image in step 2 above). Click the icon to display the warning.
