If after completing the step to approve a new lead to your website you receive a message that states, "There Was an Issue Creating a New Customer Please Retry or Contact Support" there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot :
- Go to site users and search by email - make sure there is not already a site user with the same email address as the requester
- Check that the address fields are completely filled out
- If the request is for a company that is already registered, make sure that the company name is spelled correctly
- Perform a Push Data Live in Web Manager
- Assure that the selected rep is active
- Confirm that a price level was selected
- Search the customer number and assure there are no duplicates.
